Talk to Gynecologist on Fertility Treatment

I am on fertility treatment. 9 was my lmp.doc suggested letrozole 2.5 mg for 5 days from day 3 to 7th and folinis injection from 6th to 8th day .I visited her on day 14 with tvs report 15mm follicle size. she asked me to have intercourse for 5 days and gave me efaston tablet 2 times a day from day 14th to 28th .from 14th day I am spotting which is sometimes fresh red sometimes brown discharge. what is this ? I am on periods ? I have history of spotting previously. should I do intercourse as I want to conceive or should I stop the medicine

follicle size should be atleast 18mm.
anyways continue intercourse if it's just spotting.
there could be local cause which will be ruled out on examination.
if missed period..then do PT test..if positive PT then start tab duphastone two times and tab folic. acid once in a day
continue intercourse and if no pregnancy then repeat course of letozole and also continue tab folic acid daily.

if it's just spotting,no need of any medicine.
you should wait for your due date.

the problem is I can't differentiate between spotting and bleeding but it doesn't have the flow.. but it do have clots and changes colour

agar sirf dhabbay lag rahe hain.,
I mean zada blood nhi araha flow me Tau wait for due date .
don't take medicine for that
