Talk to Gynecologist on Fetal Heartbeat
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Islamabad
I had my TVS scan yesterday and it shows 5+5weeks with no heartbeat seen. Dr told me that very faint heartbeat. She said its normal and rescan after 1week. My LMP was 23january. History of miscarriage in September 2018. Please guide me if its ok or not I'm worried. My beta hcg is improving. Dr gave me aspirin and duphoston

If No visible heart beat and crown rump length is less than 7.0mm with Trans-vaginal scan,Arrange a second scan a minimum of 7 days later. Further scans may be needed before a diagnosis is made
If No visible heartbeat and crown rump length is 7.0mm or more with Trans-vaginal scan,Ensure a second opinion on the viability of the pregnancy
