Talk to Gynecologist on Fibroadenoma

I experienced glactorrhea last week ..went to a gp she prescribed nothing further I noticed a lump in right breast..went for ultrasound .It came out as fibroadenoma? And sonologist told me that maybe its is due to horomnal imbalance. Now i want to go to a good doc but prior to that I want to know what further lab test do i need.. I am also having headache from last few weeks and also got my periods 5 days late this time and the flow was light... I want to go to agha khan tomorrow..kindly tell me which tests are required
