Talk to Gynecologist on Fibroid In Uterus

I m single . plus Epilepsy , Depression , Anxiety and Allergy are my comorbidities for which I take regular medicines, since last 26 years . For 3 months consecutive my periods were skipped so I got my ultrasound done . that's when I came to know there are fibroids . That was taken in Feb this year . Then I consulted a gyne who gave a hormone for getting period regulated and for fibroid she said there is only myomectomy. Then I started a homeo pathic medicine which kept my period regularized . Now after 8 months I got the ultrasound done again because the gyne asked to monitor it . Picture 1 ( all typed report) is the latest ultrasound. Picture 2 ( partially hand written ) is the one taken in Feb. I want to know : 1.why is the overall size of the uterus bigger than before ? 2.Is the fibroid changing its position or is it growing or is it the same size as before ? 3.What is the possible treatment? ( my periods are regular due to homeopathy medicine or whatever ) plz keep my comorb
