Talk to Gynecologist on Flu In Pregnancy

Asalamo Alaikum Drs, I am 14 weeks pregnant and i have my next appointment after 3 weeks .. but i have just contracted flu sore throat only no coughing no sneezing and no fever and no headache i want to ask if i can have my flu shot now? Or i have to wait till symptoms fade? My throat was itching for a while but it just got bad after i woke up today . I am having green tea since then. Please guide as i know flu pose a very serius threat to pregnancy and i have had multiple miscarriages prior to this and this is my first baby
