Talk to Gynecologist on For Conceive

my issue is that, it's been 3 months that I'm trying to conceive. last month my doctor advised me to take primolut N tablet for 15 days, after using I got my periods late with heavy clotting but only 4 days with less flow. I stopped taking now this my 2nd cycle periods again started 2 days late but it's been 3 days I'm only having brownish discharge like spotting only no regular flow n color. before starting I have worst gassy stomach n cramps but now it's gone only back pain. I need guidance please I'm tense now. I had never irregular periods and my USG is also clear.
