no its not true there is no injection n anything different it is done like normal ultrasound

No there is no inj in Doppler ,normal ultrasound is done without looking at the blood flow studies, but Doppler u/s is study of blood flow towards the placenta or towards the growing baby also some time it is done to check for clots in legs,absolutely no injections involved
