Talk to Gynecologist on Gynacology

Hi doctor. I was having great pain in my abdomen like some pressure is building up and extending from lower back to front and then funneling to my pubic area. The pain was immense. I went to the hospital the doctor said i have mild uti but the urine re report was almost normal. First i want to know why is this oain so kuch. I have uti once before but it wasnt this much pain. Also i am having thick off white vaginal discharge from last 2 days with increased qty. With mild itching only on upper part outer part of vagina. I am attaching the prescription doctor gave me yesterday also the picture of discharge. Can you pls help. Also i am 23 weeke pregnant. I feel baby kicks very low in my pubic area.
