Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Bahria town lahore
Im married & a mother of 3 years daughter. I feel extreme pain in my lower abdomen during 14-15th day of my menstrual cycle every month. The pain is so much severe that I cannot even stand or walk. I take ponston forte or any strong painkiller to soothe it. I also have thick brownish & clotted bleeding during periods. This overall condition is from last 5-6 months. Plz tell me its reason, diagnosis & medication.

salaam. pain could be ovulation pain. and relieved with pain killers.
this is pain due to ovulation...called as mitschelmerz disease....simply pain killers use krin ..dont worry
