Asking for Self, Female, 33 years old, muzzafargarh, multan
i have intra uterine fetal death at 12 weeks due to subchrionic hemearrage on 22 june.what is reason of hematoma and hemerrage.how to avoide it in nxt prgnancy? what should i take now and in nxt pregnancy to prevent this prblm again?

sub chorionic hges r produced when chorion separates from the uterine wall...now there cud b no reason and there cud b possible trauma,poor hormonal support,anxiety,high BP,chromosomal abnormalities ( first thing wch comes into mind when v discuss the 1st trimester miscarriage)and so on...
c every patient is different from the other likewise every pregnancy is different from the other...its not necessary tht u get into threatened miscarriage again ending in miscarriage...
wt u can do is to forget ethg...look forward...giv ur body and mind a peace...start on folic acid...in sha Allah ethg ll b ok...
