Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist
Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Islamabad
I am trying to conceive. So on recommendation i have been taking pregnacare from last 1.5 months and also maxfol 400mcg tablets since a month. Im taking one tablet each daily after breakfast.
My concern is that am i taking enough folic acid consumption or im taking it in excess? Is that alright to continue both.
