47. F. Ive always had normal period cycle. But last month it was 2 wks later than the date I noticed spotting, it continued to 6 days, then flow stopped. But now its been day 6 and I am having extremely heavy bleeding, & dizziness. Is this normal? Ive borderline sugar as well. If This is anaemia then what supplements should I take?
