Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist

My 17th week started this sunday. I had my last appointment on 12th+4weeks and did my scane on same day every thing was fine according to doc . I hav previous history of missed abortion as wel and hav conceived again after 3 mobth MA.Due to corona now docs are taking only emergency cases ans bcoz of which my appointment tht was due on 21st April couldn’t take place and doc said come in 20th week. My question is how would i knw tht my baby is growing and doing well bcoz i dont hv any baby bump yet and no other symptoms except pain in left hip area and leg. Plz guide me.
