my Periods date is 13 but i did a home pregnancy btest today and i come faint positive, i am feeling periods like abdominal cramps and heaviness in vagina, jaisy abhi periods ho jayen gy. Kindly recommend me any precaution or medicine that i can take at this stage, i am already taking mayofolic only one sachet a day
