Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist

Salam, am 11weeks pregnant alhamdulillah. I have been having very light brown spotting from week 7 till week 10. Dr suggested me to have dupastan 10mg orally and cycologest vaginal tablet 400mg twice. My concern is that my spotting stopped since 5days so should i still continue with these both tablets or i should stop thm and if yes isit safe for the baby if am taking these tablets for a longer time, PS: i had my scan and everything was normal.
