Asking for Sister, Female, 24 years old, Karachi
My sister had her anomaly scan today her reports are not good Her Doctor asked her to get level 2 anomaly scan. Appointment is next week so meanwhile I want second opinion that what should be the next step ? Although from start she had no problems with her pregnancy everything was normal.

yes you should go for level 2 anomaly scan as present scan shows Spina Bifida Occulta
She must follow her gynecologist for further plan of management
salaam. there is neural tube defect which needs further evaluation.
