Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist

I’ve been trying to conceive for 8 months but couldn’t because of my high testosterone levels. I took Diane 35 for 2 months but stopped as it was causing so much trouble in my body. I left Diane in my 2nd Cycle. This month I got my periods without any periods cramps and pain and duration was only 2 days. I am confused and worried about this situation. Can this be a side effect of Diane or unusual pregnancy symptom?
