Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist

Im 30yr female. I m 7 weeks pregnant and my 1st scan on 5 weeks showed perisac bleed of 2.8cm x 1.2cm & single gestational sac measuring 1.3 cm advise follw up. MEDICINES: Folic acid, duphasten, gravibion inj(once a week), now after 2 weeks my today's scan shows single alive fetus 1.2 cm of 7 weeks & Remarks: "" Anechoic area with internal echoes seen adjacent to gestational sac measures 2.2cm x 1.3 cm, it could be represent peri sac bleed or second developing gestational sac? Advise for TVS for confirmation"" Please guide what does it mean???
