In Pakistan is there : 1. Pulsatile Gonadotropin treatment for infertility in women? Fsh n luetinizing hormone n gnrh? Is it common? 2. Ivf treatment is there I know but is its like common? 3. I know clomiphene is given majorly given. But are gynecologist prescribing off label letrozole?? For infertility?
