the fertile window starts right aft periods but if pregnancy nt occuring then pre pregnancy councelling is mandatory to check tht both partners r healthy-another thing wch shud b kept in mind is tht fr two years if pregnancy duznt occur hvg regular intercourse among healthy individuals then invx etc of both partners r advisable ideally

Salam :first of all tell me her periods are regular.if regular then for your rough idea 10 to 20 days of cycle like suppose if she had periods on 1 November then from 10 th November till 20 th November on alternate days .contibue tablet folic acid and just relax .no need to do anything till 2 years of married life .just follow the instructions and if any quary you can book online consultation.
