hey salam yesterday was my expected date of period but it did not came i visit to a dr she did upt test for me in lab i got positive but in ultrasound nothing shown yet is it serious to worry or its too early to seen a fetus on scane

Salam tonight i visit to a dr after two weeks of my pregnancy dr did a scan which showed a sac no fetus yet is it ok today is 42 day of my cycle

before this scan she even didnt saw a sac as well bcs that was too early now after two weeks of repeated scan she saw a sac but no fetus yet
