Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecology

I get urinary tract infections almost every month or after every two months. All these issues started soon after marriage around 12 years ago. Use cranberries sachet and get better. I try to keep good hygiene but still these infections are caused. Once a doctor had advised to use famiwash after intercourse especially after oral. That proved extremely useful but later I was to not to use that continuously. I have got ultrasounds and all blood tests many times everything is fine. Also I must mention that during menses I never take bath. Can it be due to this or use of condom or due to saliva..or due to use of hair cleaning creams. What can be done to avoid such infections.famiwash or anything else... Otherwise I'm absolutely normal. Have 2 children.
