Talk to Gynecologist on Gyne Availability For Delivery

any gyne taking delivery cases in muzzafarabad since in cmh muzzafarabad sometimes the gyne ward is closed... my etd is in end of August and I don't know where to go for delivery. I had previously c section scar but that was due to I had no labour pains even after induction of pains...I don't go for regular checkup to cmh cz of covid and cmh doesn't entertain regular checkup..we posted here in muzzafarabad since ome year so ko idea which gyne is available....pls guide
