Talk to Gynecologist on Gyneacologist

I am married 7 months ago .i am PCO n not having periods after my marriage . 3 mnths back i fell down n got pelvis fracture on 13th of feb 2020 . According to docs my uterus n internally i dont got injured .after that i got bleeding on 13 th of march which remained for 3 days i dont know whether it was periods or something else . Now i am having bloody mucus vaginal discharge . I had this on 15th of april n remained for 3 days . Then it again happened on 26th of april n remained 1 day n again happened on 3rd may n remained 1 day . I did self pregnancy test on 10 feb it was negtive . Thn on 19th of april it was negative . Kindly guide me is this regard what should i do n is there any serious issue .
