Salam ,i am 4 weeks pregnant and i want to abort it ,a dr suggested me to take Misoprostol 3times aday (to be inserted in vagina)..i did but it didnot work, she asked me to continue i and i did for 4 days but i am not having bleeding neither do i have swear cramps , just mild cramps- ( these days are basically my period days).. can you plz recommend me something. I had a tvs yesterday and its not showing any pregnancy ,its been 35,6 days of conception... but in my blood report bchl has been slowly increased ..what should be done?
It can be an extra uterine pregnancy so please consult ur gynaecologist to look for location and repeat Bhcg levels——/ it has to followed properly

Get ultrasound from a specialist to locate pregnancy. Or you can repeat scan after a week. Misiprostol will not work unless pregnancy is visible on ultrasound.
