Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecological

Aoa. My wife gave birth to a baby boy Alhamdulilah on 26th april 2021 via normal delivery but with lots of stitches. After 40 days she was feeling some type of yellowish fluid excretion from her vagina which turned to brownish yellow then again yellow fluid. When her 40 days were completed she experienced bleeding and even today bleeding was started. Please tell me something about that. Thank you
