Iberet folic one daily but need evaluation regarding low haemoglobin. Normally in females should be above 12 g/dl

-if not having history of heavy periods then better to have detailed consultation with Medicine specialist.
-have balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables and iron containing diet like carrots and apple juice.
-have complete treatment of any health issue u have
-if any drugs/medicines have been taking then better to discus and have revised one.
-have fefal Vit or ferrous sulphate but if observing weakness, lathargic then better to have detailed Evaluation and might need transfusion or infusion.
-have cbc, haemoglibinopathy and follow with report and detailed history to medicine specialist.

Thanks your HB is very low you need to find out cause of anemia (low Hb) you can take ferroglobin tab two times a day or IV VENOFER 200 mg in 200 ml of normal saline on alternate days for at least five days nd improve your diet rich in iron
