Thank you Dr @shamayela hanif
And
Dr @saima siddiq choudhry
Just to add a point, my baby was diagnosed high jaundice at 8tg day and was kept in phototherapy for 24 hrs then was discharged with his report on the boundary value. Now i am keeping him in sunlight. He is 20 days now but his complexion is still a bit yellow.
In this case, for me, take iron would be ok? Because i am nursing. Wouldn't it effect baby?

You can have tonics. They don’t effect baby.
