Question

A girl age 21, can\'t hold her urine for 2 hours. During 24 hours, she goes to bathroom 10 times. Some times, if she laugh or cough, few drops of urine goes out. What tests are needed, any ultrasound, xray, CT Scan or MRI. Is there any treatment.

What is her history,Since how long these symptoms,sexually active or not.It looks like she is having bladder irritability and urge incontinence, Urinalysis done? Or not,  Ultrasound should be done to check bladder capacity and Residual volume get Midstream urine for culture and sensitivity she needs to keep  diary how much fluids and caffeine taken in 24 hours and the volumes she passed
