Asalamalaikum.. I need your guidance on this.. kindly help me out.. my sister is expecting her first baby. Till 8th month all went well. But now she got her checkup done and got to know that her amniotic fluid is 6cm.. dr suggested her doppler scan to be done and take aminofuel and prescribed drips to increase amniotic fluid. Now her dr is saying S/D ratio is low and amniotic fluid is already low. That is now 8cm.. and she is saying that blood supply to baby is not proper and she will deliver baby through c section. But some other doctors said doppler scan report is normal.. now can you please suggest me by reading the reports that what should we do. Should we go for c section or wait for normal delivery.. kindly help in this regard. MCA showed S/D ratio 3.2 Color doppler RI 0.56 S/D ratio 1.71of UA.
