Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecology

It's been 9 months to my marriage.from start i am facing problem of stomach and belly pain first it was diagnosed as UTI.I complete 5 days course.after that i again visited to dr she said to drop weight as i was 62 with height 5.4 or 5.5.she suggested to be 54.and have stomach issue so drop oily things bahir ka food and all that mirch masala.then i visited another gynecologist after two months she said the pelvic scan is clear everything is alright but gave me flagyl,mixel and qufen for 7 days though i ate only for two days. They done ultrasound by themselves so i don't have any report.at both time i was having back pain.they didn't explain the reason of that.but now i am having severe backpain 10 to 15 days before period and it is severe but finished after periods though i don't take any medicine.kindly tell should i visit some other doctor now?
