Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecology

Im 2 mnths pregnant. In erly pregnancy, I got pain in lowr abdomn and cramps like menstrual. I visited doctor she said nothng to be worried about. need rest. She suggested me Duphaston 10mg, Maxol 400mg, Xyquil DR. injection (HCG Presage 5000IU) for baby's growth. Although there is no problem in babies growth but she doesn't want to take any risk. She asked me to visit her again on 16 Oct. and also take the reports of these tests alongwith ( CBC. B/G, HBSAg HW, HIV BSR, Urine CCE) Due to some domestic issues it seems me difficult to visit her. Kindly suggest me which medicine and injection should i continue.
