Dr i am aged 33. Married. No kids I am having pulsating pain in prlvic area. Where elastic of penty is rested. I had my periods 8 days late from my due date. And it was dark brown lumps with no blood discharge and i was not feeling any cramps to as i do in regular periods. Can you please help me with this pulsing pain Is it serious cause i have been ignoring it fr quiet sm time as it was not regular. but now duration has increased making me uncomfortable

u can do urine RE but go to hospital emergency as diagnosis wthout examination and invx is not possible...hope u understand the limitations of online consultations...
