Hello doc. I am on fertility treatment. 5 years of marriage not concieved due to pcos. I want to know folate and folic acid. I am taking different supplemets which has 400mcg folate+400mcg folid acid+400mcg folic acid..... this i am taking per day is it ok or is it too much or is it less?
