Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecology

I have been experiencing strong abdominal cramps from last one week and feeling baby kick near vaginal area. The pressure builds near pelvic region. My urine Re report is normal. The doctor still gave me rocephin injection once amd azomax and cranmax for 5 days. The intensity of pain and pressure is bit less but it is still there. I am unable to understand the reason for it and to be honest i am afraid of cervical sticth. I am 23 weeks pregnant. And no cervix incompetence has been detected in past.
