Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecology

Assalam o Alaikum. This is for my family member (female). She was pregnant and it was probably her 8th week and she was due for scan (ultrasound) but yesterday she was told that baby's growth stopped at 5th week and she needs to get dnc or abortion done. This was her third time. She doesnt have kids and married for like almost 5 years now. Everytime it happens that baby's growth stops in the initial stage. We tried to change doctors but this is third time it happened. We have tried to consult different gynecologists in karachi since we live in karachi. Wondering if any gynecologist can help in this matter or if someone with same history can recommend something or suggest any good gynecologist in karachi who she can consult with all her prior history of miscarriages? yes now she needs to attend pre pregnancy Clinic along wth her husband-causes of first trimester MC are many but usually v evaluate her for APLS TORCH DM Thyroid hormone derangements etc...since v dont hv facilty of doing fetal choromosomal analysis in Pakistan but u can consult Agha Khan hospital consultants for instance...

dosage fr medical TOP is inadequate-though same medicine in high dosage fr shorter time is used...u can discuss the same wth her attending OBG

prescribing medicine thru messages is unethical and nt allowed-better consult her attending OBG
