I am married for 1.6 years and TTC . my husband is suffering from slow undirected movement of sperms and he is taking Surbex Z and CQ10 for this I want to know how often should we have intercourse to get pregnant . .as he is willing only to have it one time during ovulation so on which day we should try. .i am also taking folic acid and evion 400 mg . .plz guide em so deppressed

dont loose heart-but tell him tht once in a blue moon use of these medicines r nt going to help-he need to use it regularly if effective results r required...hope u understand wt i mean to say...

Yes ma'am i understand . .but is it ok to have intercourse only once during ovulation. ? Due to this lots of clashes occurs and in the stress make the situation worse during ovulation . .plz guide ????????
