Thanks you check your BP may be due to this nd do cbc for hb for aneamia no problem if you take panadol nd also do blood sugar

- dear hormonal changes can give occasionally mild headache but severity headache need to be investigated .
- check blood pressure thrice a day and Make a chart of it .
- in case of high blood pressure along with headache need datailed Evaluation .blood tests and strict blood pressure monitoring and avoid salt in diet .
- Suger level and thyroid levels also better to keep in Check .
long standing ,over work ,stress ,vision issue,low Haemoglobin all can cause headache so keep in check .
- discuss matter with your Obstetrician .
have iron supplements.

U can take panadol , it&acirc;&euro;&trade;s safe in pregnancy . Get ur BP checked , may be low or high , get it treated if abnormal
