assalamualaikum mjhy periods issue hai or last year a bht weight gain hrha hai but ziada lower body p hai or thyroid problem bhi hai thyroxine khati hn subh m before breakfast.ab mjhy smjh nhi arha k kis Dr ko dikhaoun or jb periods nhi hoty hei to left chest m lgta hai glands hogae hen or pain b hota hai periods ek month hoty hen next month nhi hoty.. or m test b krwao to knse test and thyroid profile b nhi karwaya hai kafi time s..plzz guide me
R u married .if married then weight reduction control of thyroid hormones should be the target .
If fertility needed then control these things first periods will regular itself.
