Talk to Gynecologist on Hormonal Imbalance

Was suffering from hormonal changes due to the use contraceptive pills fr several months,didnt have periods after month of stopping pills.after several tests turned out my prolactin was 47.79 ,for which i was suggested brotin and primolut n aswell to induce periods ,my bleeding started after 3 days of stopping primolut (today its 3rd day of bleeding and i m on the brotin from last 14days .. In last week i was taking 2 tablets aday but had side effects so a docter suggested to be on 1 tablet a day for few more days ,will it still have its effectiveness? Bcz From past 1,2days i m having itchy nipples , my nipples are very soft these days, i mean it responds to cold or when i itch it ,but with in secs it goes to the old position is it normal?
