Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Lahore cantt
I am a patient of infertility. I had my tests done in April and July. The amh value and prolactin is not OK. This time tsh is also not OK. What tests should I get done and what medication should I take. I have been married for 6 years.

yes ur AMH is low but u hvnt attached ur pelvic scan to co relate-dear vit D supplementation along wth DHEA addition has increased the AMH levels in sum cases but still these products r under study-
abnormal hormonal profile,stress and aging process all r contributory factors for low AMH-
high prolactin levels can b controlled wth anti prolactin drugs tht may contribute to the successful conception-
u also need to hv ur husband semen analysis done...
so at this time u hv an option of IVF before its too late-
consult ur OBG and decide-hope u understand the limitations of online consultations...

Thanks you must see the endocrinologist for harmonal treatment nd do us on day 12 to see ovulation nd also do husband semen if not done before infertility treatment

Dear ur hormonal imbalance needs to be treated after ur thorough clinical assessment. Further tests and surely medications are also needed for making u fertile. Get consultation properly by visiting obstetrician.
dear u can conceive,if ur TSH and serum prolactin are achieved within normal limits.. so plz take medicine the n u can take ovulation induction.

I have the scan of last year only. I haven't got any scan done previously. I had gone through 2 cycles of iui. But at that time amh and prolactin were not checked. I had got my laproscopy done as well.

laproscopy for wt?tubal patency?
c if u c all the overall circumstances right now keeping ethg in mind...i ll suggest IVF from a good center-IUI wont work if u r not ovulating...

Tubes were found patent in tube test but as it was done much earlier tou laproscopy was done. I was ovulating with the help of medication
