-Dear send detailed menstrual, drug and medical history.
-if periods not regular, have weight gain and abnormal hairs growth then will need transvaginal scan ad day 2 of periods blood tests (testosterone, progesterone, prolectin, insulin, thyroid function test, fsh and lh).
-have folic acid daily if normal Bmi 0.4 mgs with no medical issue other wise have 5 mgs per day.
-have balanced diet weight and Bmi and complete treatment of any health issue u have
Have sex in fertile period of cycle.
Husband's general health should be checked and treated if needed and avoid smoking. Better have semen analysis.
