i have been married for 2 years, I had my fsh lh tsh done all are normal. there is no problem of pcos . my menstrual cycles is regular however bleeding has been reduced from past 4months . i had my husband's semen analysis done it was not normal but he took multivitamins and after 6months we repeated the test again from shifa hosp the analysis came out normal.I took 5cycles of induction from anastrozole. 2months back I went for HSG. the right fallopian tube was patent however the radiologist was not able to see the left one but she wasn't able to rule out whether there is some abnormality or it was probably because tubal spasm. i just wanted to know should I be worried and should I go fpr another Hsg ? is there still ample chance of conceiving even if one of the tube is blocked? is IUI a good option for me and my husband?

you had taken ovulation induction for five cycles can you plz tell me in each cycle ultrasound was performed for follicular tracking mean what was the size of mature follicle on day 12 or 13
as there is problem in HSG there is chance of conception but due to problem in one tube it is reduced
IUI is good option
and you have to avail days which are important cycle day 9 to 16
and plz send me your investigations I will guide you
do u both live together or huby job is abroad etc?
let me know about frequency as well
any weight gain or weight loss?
must utilize ur ovulation days (day 13,14,15)
get ur u/s pelvis done for any pathology
be stress free

when was ur hysteroscopy done?
start tab glucophage 250 mg 1+1+1(for 3 months) mid meal ok
follow up with u/s report .
Diagnosis laparoscopy and proceed according to the findings
you didn't mention follicular size and endometrial thickness

is diagnostic laparoscopy necessary? i don't want to go for any invasive procedure:( i am a doctor too. developing follicle is always appropriate in size with normal endometrial thickness.

i have been getting my ovulation tracking done. everytime the developing follicle is around 22mm. i also got beta hcg injection on day 12 in 3 cycles. currently i weigh 71 kgs and my height is 5feet 6inches. i did lose 5kg purposely. I'll attach my files too.
