Asking for Self, Female, 35 years old, Lahore
Married for 7 years and no child Conceived once through ICSI but had PCOS back then ..miscarried at 8th week..
Progressive motility of sperms is 19% only. We were trying timed intercourse with injection to release egg as my hormones and all other tests were perfect...the third month there was no egg at all
My q is.. Why there was no egg when my AMH is 3.84 and have always been having a perfect 19 to 20mm egg at day 12-14 and superb lining
Can we try IUTPI? Is the procedure safe?

in your case its very important to discuss all issues in detail. as you have written that there was no egg in 3rd month may be you have ovulated after fee days of your scan to detect mature ovum or may you have not ovulated at all in that month.
IUTPI is a good procedure but it should be disscussed with your dr in detail.
