I hve a history of irregular cycles.kuch months regular menstrual cycle rehti h or phr delayed hojati hen for 2 3 months..last it came in november but then i got few spot in feb phr us k bad s ab tk nhi hoe..kindly guide me what to do now..In past medication history i hve cmpleted courses of hormonal therapy but us se meri acne worst hojati h or menstrual cycle bhi sirf ek do month he regular hotay hen phr irregular hojatay hen.
currently I can just say
take duphaston tab 10mg subha sham 10 days
u will have withdrawl bleed inshallah
but as the situation settles please visit a good gynaecologist
get few tests done n take a proper treatment

Yes i am suffering frm acne issue frm past many years and hve taken many treatmnt for this.yes i have minor hair growth on chin yet no wait gain current wt. Is 45 hight 5'4.
Previously i hve taken diane 35 for 3 months which doesnt suits me so i stop it as my acne get worst.
Then i hve taken progyluton for 2 month and same i face worst acne issue so my doctor stop it...but somehow my periods get regular with delayed in days but flow was not normal frm last 1 year.and from november it get stopped.
