Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Menstrual Cycle

Hello Doctors, last year I was diagnosed with a dermoid cyst (I had heavy bleeding and irregular menstrual), which I got removed through laparoscopy (also advised by the doctors from Marham panel). now after few months, I have again started to bleed, this time is worst. the last menstrual cycle was almost 16 days; no medicine worked I was prescribed Dicynone 500 MG ( now she changed the medicine to Primolut nor). As per the doctor, all my reports are clear. Please check the reports and advice what to do, as I am really tired of all this. my HB is below 8 and I don't have any energy to face this issue every month.

do ur CP as well but ur serum ferritin is too low...u need to take IV iron to replenish ur iron stores otherwise u ll remain anaemic if u leave ur iron supplement or ur Hb wont come to normal levels...my experience tells me tht wth anemia women tend to bleed more+tiny fibroids visually though nt increasing the bulk of ur uterus or distorting ur endometrium cud b the reason of ur HMB...this wt i cud think of aft seeing ur invx...

Yes Doctor I was on IV iron and my HD came to 11.5 but again last month I had a severe heavy cycle and the HD became 7.6. Currently my doctor has prescribed me Glucophage, Primolut N, Trafixyl and Ponston, but still my cycle hasn't reduced.
