Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods
Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Karachi
Iam having irregular periods from January I had my last period in Feb then till now no sign of it due to irregular periods iam. Gaining weight and when suddenly periods took place my weight drops to normal before marriage I had pcos then after my baby Alhamdolilah no sign of it was found... But again iam having the same problem please help..

it can be pcos again but other causes also need to be ruled out so better to consult the doctoe
U need to see ur gynaecologist for harmonal profile and Usg so as u reach a diagnosis , u need to reduce wt. even if u reduce ur wt , even few kilos like 3 kg reduction will make ur periods regular

- first have basic life style precautions like reduction in weight ,daily walk ,exercise ,and yoga.
- be better Emotional well being by having recreational activities.
- have balanced diet with less salt ,suger ,oil and spice .
- have transvaginal scan and blood tests ( progesterone, testosterone ,prolectin ,insulin ,FSH and LH ,thyroid function test) on day 2 of periods and follow with reports .
- for abnormal hairs can use plucking ,waxing etc.
