Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

I am single age 30 i have my last period on 26 dec 2019 i dnt have anyy medical issue r histroy..i got my checkup wd a gynaecolgist she asked for a pelvic ultrasound for pcos aftr report there was no symptom ov pcos..ultrsound report was totaly normal..she prescribed me duphaston 10 mg two tablets a day for 5 days..i hv completd that course now its day three bt still no periods..my height is 5.2 and weight is 59 kg..i am getting maried in 10 days....what to do now?? Plz help
