Last month periods date sy 9 days phly hogaya ty 21 sep ko is month 21 oct periods nai hoa hn kya ya yahi cycle follow krn ya jo mri actual dates ty hmsha period ana ki us ka wait krn mjha hmsha period hojata ty 1 2 tarik tk bs last month 21 ko hoa ty or is month oct 21 hogaya hy lkn periods nai hoa

Assalam o alikum.  don't worry periods can occur a couple of days earlier or later it's ok. no need to take any medication.  if frequently your periods get irregular might need few tests.

Salam its ok sometimes periods do-come a little early or a little late . If they become irregular more frequently then u should be worried and consult a gynecologist thanks

- Dear periods could be with some dates difference of 2-4 days but if it's more then this like week or weeks difference of dates every time ,weight gain ,abnormal hairs growth then need to be Evaluated .
- have Complete treatment of any health issue u have and take balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
