Talk to Gynecologist on Long Periods

for post few months I'm having long periods. got checked by a homeopathic doc via quantum analyzer and I was told nothing's wrong, it's endometritis. this time again, its my day 10 and I'm bleeding. can i take ponstan forte to stop bleeding? or please recommend sth to stop bleeding immediately i can't visit gynae rn and soon getting married. till then I have to adjust this way. kindly recommend the remedy
